I thought I’d make a meal planning list that I can refer to when I am looking for a quick plant-based meal.

Breakfast

  • Cream of wheat with dried fruit & nuts
  • Toast with peanut butter
  • Toast with avocado and seeds
  • Overnight oats
  • Protein bar & fresh fruit
  • Homemade granola

Evening

  • Salad
  • Hummus
  • Soup
  • Loaded potatoes
  • Mexican
  • Curry
  • Stir fry
  • Grain & vegetable bowls
  • Sandwiches
